Terms of Service
Effective from April 7, 2026
1. General
These terms apply to digital services provided by Fokusbloks (Helsinki, Finland). By ordering a service, the customer accepts these terms.

2. Services
Fokusbloks offers the following services:
- SEO Check (one-time payment): website search engine visibility analysis and report.
- Fokusbloks Monthly Package (subscription): website, Google visibility, customer outreach, and reviews.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are exclusive of VAT (0% VAT) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through Stripe. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of their payment information.
4. Right of withdrawal
For digital services where delivery begins immediately (such as the SEO Check), the right of withdrawal does not apply under Finnish Consumer Protection Act Chapter 6, Section 16, point 13. By ordering, the customer agrees that delivery begins immediately and the right of withdrawal ends.
5. Limitation of liability
Fokusbloks does not guarantee specific search engine rankings or a specific number of customers. Services are provided "as is." Fokusbloks' liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the service in question.
6. Intellectual property
Fokusbloks retains copyright to all materials produced, unless separately agreed. The website included in the monthly package is available for the customer's use during the subscription. Source code can be purchased separately (see monthly package terms).
7. Privacy
Personal data processing is described in our privacy policy.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are resolved primarily through negotiation. Consumer customers may refer disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
9. Changes to terms
Fokusbloks may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date. Subscription customers are notified of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
SEO Check: service-specific terms
Description
The SEO Check analyzes a website's search engine visibility and produces a report with findings and recommendations. The report is delivered digitally.
Price
The SEO Check costs €200 (excl. VAT). Payment is a one-time charge.
Delivery
The report is delivered via email or through the web service. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days after payment.
Cancellation
As the service is digital and delivery begins immediately after ordering, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
Fokusbloks Monthly Package: service-specific terms
Description
The monthly package includes:
- Custom website (design, development, maintenance)
- Search engine optimization and monitoring
- AI-powered customer outreach (localbot)
- Review collection and management
Price and billing
The monthly package costs €299/month (excl. VAT). The first payment is charged when the subscription starts. The billing cycle is one month.
Setup fee: €0.
Build time
The first version of the website is delivered within 14 days of the subscription starting. The subscription and billing begin immediately.
Cancellation
The subscription is cancellable monthly with no lock-in period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Cancel by emailing benjam@fokusbloks.com.
Website ownership
During the subscription, the website is available on Fokusbloks' platform. Fokusbloks owns the source code unless the customer purchases it separately.
Source code buyout price: €999 (excl. VAT). After buyout, the customer receives the source code and can continue development independently.
After cancellation
After cancellation, the website is taken offline at the end of the billing cycle, unless the customer has purchased the source code. Fokusbloks retains a backup for 30 days after cancellation.
Content changes
Reasonable content changes (text, images) are included in the monthly price. Larger changes or new features are agreed upon separately.
